Rush Chapel United Methodist Church is a historic church near the Shannon Community of Rome, GA. Rush Chapel started in 1838 and continues to be a thriving family church. Looking for a great place to worship and serve as a family? You have found it here at Rush Chapel. We have worship every week with Sunday School starting at 10am for all ages, and Sunday Service at 11am. We also offer a youth gathering every Sunday evening with food, games, and study time from 5-7pm.

Rev. Tim Galloway
Rev. Tim Galloway is a longtime Roman, educated in the Floyd County schools and at Berry College. He has served in multiple ministry capacities, both as a layperson and as a pastor in charge and an assistant pastor. He and his wife Debbie have two grown children and three grandchildren.
