As you all are aware, the subject of the spread of COVID-19, the coronavirus, has become a topic of much concern. As we look for the best ways to move forward with care, our Bishop is asking UMC churches to suspend worship service, large gatherings, and activities for the next several weeks. This decision has been made in an abundance of caution to keep everyone safe, to do no harm, and to do our part as a community to slow down the progression of the virus. Although services may be canceled and we will not be meeting in person, worship is never canceled. I will be leading worship from Facebook Live at 11:00 AM on our Rush Chapel Facebook page, and the message notes will be posted here under the "sermons" tab. We hope you can either join us live, or watch later at your convenience. God bless and keep you in His perfect peace!
